  Very bad experience, the blond/grey hair lady told me I was scheduled 2pm for the next day, and when I was leaving she told me to come at 2:30pm, and then when I arrived the next day she told me I’m scheduled for 2pm and when I told her she told me The appointment was 2:30, she said rudely who told you that! And refuse to process my appointment on that day!Very disappointed that a bank couldn’t even manage well its appointment and do not dare to admit they’ve made a mistake!Careful when you choose services here!

  The two ladies that helped me treated me like I was an idiot because I do not have a drivers license or a passport. They simply could have stated that I needed a primary ID in order to obtain the document I wanted. They did NOT have to be compeltely patronizing and act like they couldn’t believe I was telling them the truth. It’s so disappointing to see the faces at the front of the company handle a situation so poorly.

  This place doesn't have the cash deposit option in their atm so you have to go through their drive through. Which is awkward if you're not in a car 😒

  Bank can’t cash a check made out to me making my mortgage late no point in having an account if they can’t cash ur checks

  Inconsistent staff that often seems like they do no know what they are doing.
