      I had the absolutely best service given by Inesa on Monday. She was so very helpful and patient and went above and beyond her duties. Before me there was an older gentleman who had hearing issues and she was so kind and helpful, even getting up from her sit to help him put in his card correctly. I had some issues with some money orders and cashier checks and she handled it all which such grace!

      Almost all staff is exceptional nice, however! I waited in a line of 10 people!! I spent 20 minutes in line. I really don't have that kind of time. PLEASE hire more staff!!!

      The other reviewer made the perfect comment about this location: LAZY. Went in to pay off the rest of my loan and the employee told me she didn't feel like going through the process, and to just do it online. Then she tried to tell me NOT to pay off the loan, and to take out another loan to pay off this one... excuse me ma'am?
