  I wish google gives me an option to rate in 0 or minus. This location deserves negative rating, staff is not professional at all. The lady executive took my wife to her office to assist on issues and made my wife to stand in front of her desk.👏👏👏 Kudos to her customer service. Fed up with this kind of granted behavior, I am soon changing my all my personal and business banking to different one.

  Miranda did a fantastic job. She had everything ready for our appointment. She was very helpful and friendly throughout the whole process. She even followed up with us. Highly recommend her!

  Yesterday afternoon, we went to the branch to handle the account problem, and we were warmly received by the staff of the branch, especially Purvi Sukhadia (AVP.Financial Center Manager West Frisco) who provided us with the best quality and warm-hearted service, and finally Solved the difficult problems that have been plaguing the account for several years. Here, I sincerely thank all the staff of this sales department for providing the best service to customers.

  I need to change my PIN and have tried to make an appointment via the app at this location, but there are no appointments available going as far out as the middle of March. Can someone please advise on how to make an appointment??

  Went to this location to make deposits and reset PIN which I’ve been to 2 other locations in the past and the other locations could not help me. Made deposits with cashier and a Hamilton helped me with my PIN and also found more things that could be done to help me if I wanted. So other locations couldn’t help me at all. At this location Hamilton helped me with what I needed and more. Don’t usually go into banks anymore but if I do will go out of my way to make sure it’s this one and stay banking with BoA.

  No one is at this location. A sign is on the door in english and in spanish telling the new temp business hours but noone is here during those hours. Very poor customer service

  If you use Bank of America and need to do anything other than use their atms, go somewhere else. I have never seen such a place with horrendous service and lines. It’s almost as if they want you to go to a different bank. Would recommend going somewhere else.

  They never ever pick up the phone. EVER! You have better chances of getting through US immigration than this measly dungeon BoA branch. If you come in, the customer service is worse than abusive mother in law. Also, the hours are 9am-4pm Mon to Thu! Even the French people work more than these lazy bankers at this branch. Close this branch and put us all out of our misery. Thank you!

  Came here to use the atm. They have two drive thru lines but only one of them had a machine. There was a line there so I used the walk up. I was surprised to see someone else’s transaction was still going, but I cleared it out and did mine.

  The worst customer service ever, i do many transactions on daily bases. when i went to branch from teller to manager said they cannot take more 10 deposits. i ask the manager if this rules come from Bank of America or from them. she said, it come from her. i was upset, i don't know if bank look into these kind of activities from employees. I also called the DM but i never heard from also. I wish they can fire all the employees at this location and hire new employees.
