This is day 2 of trying to notarize 1 page! Beyond incompetent. They had me seating there 40 mins when I had an appt at 2:30pm so tired of this bank.

I had a wonderful experience with associate Ivette in BOFA office at Coconut creek. She was very helpful. I could easily open credit account, order new cards, got cashier check just in minute and solve other issues to get a bank letter. No waiting time, everything was quick and smooth. Easy communication. I didn't have much experience with other offices of BOFA (maybe just one in Marget), but this branch is professional.

      Response from the owner

Hi, Seva. Thank you for being a valued Bank of America customer. We appreciate the positive review about your experience. ^Joseph

I have been a customer of Bank of America for over 20 years now and this is the BEST branch I have ever been to. They can be a little slow, but the atmosphere is not one of people rushing around to get things done and it is nowhere NEAR as pushy and controlling as other branches I have been to, where they force you to use those unpersonable ATM with "Teller Assist!!" If I wanted to go to an ATM and see someone on a video screen help me, I would have gone through the drive up ATM. Ask for Robina!! She can solve ANY problem that you are having!!

You know I waited about 15-20 minutes here. I'm not a customer. Don't have a bank. Went there to cash a check that was made out by a company who used bank of America as their bank. I owed them no fee. They claimed the company doesn't approve checks until the next day but they took time out of their day to call them, be put on hold, and get me my money. Also the customer service was top notch. Not an inch of rude. All nice people. I highly recommend this bank.

For NO APPARENT REASON this location was closed. I got here on a Thursday, NON HOLIDAY, at about 9:45am to find them with their doors locked, and inconveniencing me on SO MANY LEVELS. Unacceptable!!!!!!

Me and my partner came here to have a Partnership Agreement notarized, the tall mid-aged, wear glass lady, look like a manager, said that she cannot do it since it's a bank policy even we have account with them for 5 years. We came to Wells Fargo, the customer service there was very friendly and notarized in a minute, without hesitation. The next day we went to BB&T on 441 corner, they did it without a problem too.

For me anytime I go there They always do a great job,They smiling, they very acknowledge since you open the door they have someone already on the lobby waiting to talk to you. The last time I went there it's was an April to buy a cheque the gar gave me a great service in only 2 minutes.

Honestly this is the most antiquated branch in the area. They have closed the drive up teller window. There are only two ATM's, one in the drive through and one walk up. 90 percent of the time there is some kind of problem with the drive through one so only the walk up is available and you get there and it won't take or give cash either. If you need to go inside to see a person you will wait forever and a day and the hours will be inconvenient for you if you hold a traditional day job. Bank of America has also raised it's minimum balance required in order to not be charged for an account. The only reason I keep an account here is because I have set up direct deposit and I am too lazy to change it and they also hold my mortgage. One other benefit I like is the museum on us days. On the first weekend of the month certain museums and cultural institutions will give the account holder free admission. Other than that there is not much to endear me to this bank. I have seen much better service at TDI and PNC. If you do need a Bank of America branch the one on 441 by the Walmart has 3 drive up ATM's that have been modernized. Also the branch in Pompano off of Atlantic and Powerline has ATM machines that let you video conference with an employee of the bank 24 hours a day! This branch desperately needs an update as well.
