Amanda Bertrand1👎 Emily the branch manager is awful. Had an account with Bank of America for 3 years. Started getting charges on the account and asked Emily to remove/refund the charges. Was informed that Bank of America updated the account without notifying me so it started being charged a monthly fee. No one at this location would help refund these fees or close my account. Had to call customer service to get some of my money back and cancel my account. They also push people to the app or ATM even if I want to speak with a teller. Will not be doing business with Bank of America again!

Craig Gebhardt1Never understand why Teller Drive Thru service was closed (Ballwin, Mo.)? Have long lines inside, that coupled with Covid doesn't make sense. Other banks have drive thru open. Seems like customers don't matter anymore, they want all business to go thru Apps or online.

Avery Griffin1Terrible service. Walked into the front desk to get told to take a seat and someone would be with me. I waited over 30 minutes while hearing others complain about the service they have received, only to finally hear that I should make an appointment and that no one will be available for me today. All I have to do is prove my identity so I can use my account. It's frozen because BoA has messed up my numbers. Now I sit here with a frozen account at 0$. All I needed was to prove my ID. Now after all my waiting I have to make an appointment. As if it wasn't hard enough getting the day off work today. What's a BANK WITH NO BANKER AVAILABLE?!?!?

Glynn Roberts1I can see why BoA is closing all of its locations. This place is a joke! I had a broken debit card that wouldn't work in the ATM but, the chip still worked. So, figured I could kill two birds with one stone by going into this location. Thought I could make my withdrawal and order a new card. Not a chance replacing the card. You would of thought I was asking to finance a house! Went through 3 different people before being told I would have to make an appointment to get the card replaced. I just walked out! I see now why they are closing their locations. If I had employees like this, I would fire all of them!

Scott Schuessler1I have been in there three times to talk to lady about setting up new accounts and every time I never can talk to her. Their hours are worse than bankers hours and they don't have a drive up. I don't understand how they can say they offer good customer service when you can't meet or talk with anybody.

Rich L5I met the lending officer Patti three times in the past two years. We asked questions about trust, will, financial power of attorney. It is a free services from BOA. She is a notary as well. It is nice to have a 3rd person opinion. There are not many associates working in this branch office unlike 20 years ago.

Heather Runyon1Place is honestly pathetic. They change their policies without letting people know, and then hold checks for longer than three days. They also Will not allow me to access MY money, even though the check has been cleared. Highly recommend banking elsewhere!!!!

Grant Burch1Completely inappropriate. Went in to cash a check with my id. I don't have an account there. So what do they do, call my customer to verify they wrote the check to me. Never in my life have I been treated this way at a bank. If you don't honor your checks then don't issue checks to your bank customers.
