  Stepped in to learn what documents I needed to open a business account for the company I just started working for. Was told that the right person wasn’t there and I will receive a call back the next day. Never got that call. Came back in two days to be told they still need to talk to specialist from a different location. Had to make an appointment and the closest date was a week from now. It’s been a week and my appointment was supposed to be today. I got a text from BOA automated service saying that the location is temporally closed now. As all pandemic restrictions are getting lifted across the country. Don’t hold your breath relying on this place
