  I made an appointment because they are not doing walk ins right now. They were very well informed and pleasant. I did have to wait a bit after my appointment time, but overall it was a good experience.

  Terrible wait time. Have been line on a Friday 1:30pm and there are only two tellers. Have been waiting 30 minutes inside. Cannot use outside atms when a large amount needs to be withdrawn. An atm inside that could dispense large amount would cut down wait time in line. Really on a Friday during the holidays should be no reason to wait as long. I can see now what others are talking about.

  Almost every time I come to this bank there is never money to dispense at the atms. What's the point of having drive up atms if you can't use them!

  I needed to go to the bank yesterday and they closed at 4 PM. I got there at 3:45 PM as I needed to make a withdrawal of more than the ATM would allow. Some guy at the door would not let me in claiming they closed at 4 PM. I advised it was 3:45 PM. He ignored me and closed & locked the door on me & others. I'm going this AM & closing my account & moving my money down the road. Worst bank ever.

  If I could give this place a ZERO I would most definitely do it! I came in to open a bank account with Mr.David Miramontes & this man just preached & preached. I did not know I was visiting a kingdom hall! Ugh ridiculous! You’ve lost a customer. Someone up higher needs to have a talk with this man! Maybe I will take my money to a different Bank of America.

  This is just for this bank specifically... I always try to go early to deposit money or take out money. When I go to put or take out money the machines don't accept it. Like really? I guess you don't want my money. It didn't happen before but now I'm tired of driving there for nothing and then having to go to another BofA...
