Be Aware! Went to this branch with my dad that is 74 years old and is retiring to Mexico. I helped him withdraw some large amount of money and a day later his account was frozen. He called costumer service and they told him to go in person to any branch, so we went to a branch on Craig and Rancho. They stated that they couldn’t do anything cause there was a fraud investigation. We didn’t understand what was going on. He traveled to Mexico and 2 months later he couldn’t use his bank account still, finally a girl on the phone told him the branch manager was the one that freeze the account cause I (his son) was with him and they suspected some kind of exploitation. To this date 6/20/22 my dad still dealing with them , he had to cut his vacation and comeback to the US to try to access his money, also to this date im paying all his bills with my money cause all the automatic payments he had have being rejected. Looking fwd to see the outcome and more than ready to take legal action against BOA. The branch manager at this location created the worst nightmare for my dad, also BOA costumers service and fraud department are the worst. Hope nobody else has to go through this at this branch and this manager gets fired.

Never more than one teller working. When several clients asked if they could open up more tellers they ignored us or said they were on their way. A clear lie. Some smug sense of superiority coming from the staff. 5 people other than the teller and nobody else can open up. Why does BofA think they are better than everyone? Elitism at its finest.

How do you start a new account twice and both accounts get shut down for no reason. Before they close the accounts I had deposited money into the accounts. They would not give me my money back, that they would mail me a check. Makes no sense if I had brought money just give it back to me. Its been a week and half still nothing. Don't waste your time with this bank.

Do NOT deposite cash in these ATMs! I say do not. I was depostimg cash and the ATM shutdown and restarted in the middle of the transaction, it ate my debit card and didn't give me a receipt. I was at the ATM for at least 20min trying to get on the line to get someone to fox it. It took me another 45min to get a new debit card, to get a claim adjuster to fix the transaction. Go inside if you need to make a deposite do not waist your time or possibly loose your funds.

Worst banking experience ever. I will never again bank with Bank of America. Extremely rude staff. They offered absolutely no help and we’re far from polite. Two of the employees had their masks off, weren’t social distancing, and also touched their mouth/ nose multiple times.

I have NEVER been so rudely treated at any Bank of America branch than at this one! Twice this has been true! First time, I was very sick with an ear infection, and did not hear well - the teller was rude and snobby, until I explained I had a double ear infection and could not hear her very well then she raised her voice and looked directly at me in response, but then said she wasn't comfortable continuing to assist me and asked me to go to the ATM instead! This was the first time I'd been inside this branch, and was highly upset but too sick to argue with her at that time. This past Friday, at 1245pm my husband and I entered the branch to speak with them to open a new account and update my information with my new last name, etc. I was directed by one of the representatives to sign in with "Bob" who was with another customer at the moment, so my husband and I sat to wait. I was approached by "Bob" after a few moments who asked why we were there, and there was someone ahead of us, and he expected it would be about a 30 minute wait. Each part of his commentary was clearly stated with a condescending attitude and demeanor - to which I ignored initially. I provided my ID and bank card on his request, and he returned it after entering me into the system. My husband and I waited and the customer ahead of us concluded her business, which would naturally mean we would be called next. We watched the representative pick up her purse and keys, discuss walking to meet the other representative, and then walked by us stating there would be someone else assist us momentarily. Approximately 5 minutes passed and the other representative, also picked up her personal belongings, walked into the back, then passed us in the lobby, and did not say a word. I then asked "Bob" if there was someone else, and his response was not just rude, it was almost hostile. The bank manager, "Zack" was assisting another elder customer, and I did not want to make it a point to wait for him or another representative since "Bob" so rudely informed me "I told you it would be 30 minutes, and it hasn't been" - well "Bob" - I can tell time, and my husband and I were there for 22 minutes from the time you returned my ID to me until you rudely dismissed my question. I bank almost exclusively with BofA and have for years have over $100k worth of business conducted annually between the account I provided my card for, and my other accounts with BofA. I could not fathom, and still cannot grasp the reasoning behind why this branch out of any other has the audacity to treat their customers so rudely. I watched how "Bob" treated the elderly lady and her assistant while we were waiting, and the elderly lady insisted on speaking directly with the branch manager. I do not blame her now! However, her assistant was dismissed and directed to the ATM outside by the teller and "Bob" too. There was NO ONE in line, so why would they ask her to go outside? I'm FURIOUS with how I was treated at this branch, and drove to the Rainbow and Cheyenne branch where I was immediately responded to and my husband was not ignored nor were we treated with any form of disrespect - thank goodness because I'd expressed to him prior to entering the Lake Mead and Rampart location one of the primary reasons I stay with BofA is their customer service!! I'll NEVER do in person business EVER again with the Lake Mead & Rampart branch, and I hope the branch manager reads this too!
