Wish I could give negative stars. I have been coming to this branch for a long time. I have been a Bank of America customer since 1982. It seems like every week it gets worse. I don't understand how it's always a 30 to 40 minute wait to do anything. This branch only has 1 teller working most of the times. There is usually 2 to 3 people sitting attending others, and 1 to 2 walking around. Also you usually have 2 reps talking or interrupting the one teller that is usually working to process other things. I don't know why I keep torturing myself and continue to do business with this bank. The downtown one is even worse. If I didn't enjoy their online app, and the security this bank offers I would've cancelled long ago. I think this is the week I jump ship.

I am a business owner and need to cash checks here. I always enjoy waiting 30 minutes or more in a line of 20+ people with a single teller and no one else in sight. The only reason I gave them a 2 star was because the 1 teller they have out of 7+ teller stations was pleasant. This bank like most others gas forgotten the meaning of "Customer Service" when you take away drive throughs at all your locations, just so you can save A couple of dollars by getting rid of an employee that really needs their job, you force people to come inside. Which means Excessively lawn teller lines with no employees to staff the windows. Great job Bank of America. You've really proven how well you treat potential clients.

If you are in a hurry, I do not recommend this bank. They are short-staffed all the time. They make you wait for 3 hours and then they say that there is no time, you have to go make an appointment beforehand. terrible customer service! long hours of waiting for nothing because it turns out that they were at lunch but they made me wait and then they could not attend me just because I did not have a physical social security 🙄🙄🙄🙄

Rarelly do i go to the bank, but when i do, i enjoy the long line and wait times. The lonely teller behind the bullet proof glass, once she attends to my business, never forgets to mention the ATM could have handled my transaction. Glad to enjoy the personal customer service and all the upsell offers. Kinda gives me a hardon anticipating my next visit. They will see me coming this afternoon, got two bank of america checks to cash. I'm swelling with joy!

Awful customer service! Very unpleasant tellers. The teller told me "I don't want to take the risk of accepting your federal check and it end up being fake." WHAT! And a rude manager - Melissa Melo - to back her up. I then asked Melissa Melo for her bosses number, and she said "I can't give you her number, sorry." If you need help at a Bank of America with an easy problem, this is NOT the branch to come to. After my extremely unpleasant, pointless visit, I then went to the BoA in Fairhaven and WOW what a difference! Smart tellers that are more than welcome to help! The workers actually follow BoA policy!!! I can't wait until Monday to give corporate a call and let them know about my experiences at both branches.

No more than 2 tellers working at a time and you got plenty of employees siting on desk sitting doing nothing. Customer should come first it doesn't matter what your duties atbthe bank are you get up and help the customers. Worst bank in New Bedford and I promise you I'm moving my "accounts" somewhere else. Shame

I have visited this BofA a number of time to have documents notarized. Each time, I have had the pleasure of dealing with Lori Ferreira. She, and the other staff at the bank are the definition of excellent customer service!!! Thank you, Lori....for another great experience. You make a big bank feel like a small, hometown bank!

Tiffany was more than helpful with helping me in setting up my account. She went above and beyond for me to help with issues and questions I had. She was also very curious and professional.

Horrible service they got rid of drive thru and replaced with ATM that are either broken or out of money and if you try calling the branch for any reason at all they just don't answer the phone worst bank ever
