  Do not use these ATMs, they always freeze and are unable to finish the transaction, today during my deposit it froze and didn’t process my transaction. After spending an hour on the phone, the transaction still isn't posted and I might not see the money anytime soon. This is not the first time the ATM at this location froze on me. According to BOA employees at this location this happens all the time. No ATM should regularly work this way if you plan on satisfying your card holders

  The agent in this branch have best clients service. And by experience they got the best personal bank advisors comparing to the other banks . Honestly they gained the trust.

  Worst bank in the universe. Go to Chase or Charles Schwab, avoid BOA at all cost. Terrible customer service online and branch.

  They have one or two cashiers working all the time with 10-15 people waiting in the line. It takes you 30-40 min to do what you came to do. Is it a new MVA?
