    Arrived at 9:10 am today after walking 25 minutes from my hotel, since I was there for business from DC. The bank was still closed which was supposed to open at 9 AM. There was a woman inside the front door and another woman at the ATM helping people lined up outside for the ATM. I asked if they could facilitate a large wire transfer and they told me to go next door to another place because she didn’t know if she could do it until she got on her system. Then she told me to wait another 20 minutes outside in the heat to see if she could do it. Another lady outside was complaining as well. I am a premier banker with BOA and after this experience I may have to move my business elsewhere. This is not professional at all.

    I don’t bank with BOA anymore, but one of my biggest clients does. I tried to cash a payroll check from the client, (a global trade show company, whose payroll I have been on since 2006). After I accepted the eight dollar fee, the teller told me I couldn’t cash the check because it was not registered. I called my client, and they told me that was false. I ended up cashing my check at an ACE check cashing center, less than an hour after the bank employee deliberately lied to me. I have every reason to believe the bank employee discriminated against my appearance.

    This is my branch, I love going there for my personal and business needs. They are very helpful. If they can't because they are with a customer or have somebody next in line, they will let you know and schedule an appointment for you. I needed to send money in a rush for a client who was out of the country and they were fabulous helping me. Thank you.

    Fast service everytime I go in there. No problems at all. Love this location! Any other bank I've banked with doesn't compare to Bank of America services.

    My fiance had his card stolen we made it 5min til closing and they turned him away. Ridiculous! If he has fraudulent charges I hope its covered..

    I didn't really know that this BOA was here, but I found it using Google Maps, and navigated towards it when I needed to make a deposit. It seems like a decent location, but I didn't go inside; I only used the ATM out front. I liked it because there were two security guards out front which made me feel safer, and they seemed interested in why I was taking pictures of the place. (I was adding a photo to the location on Google Maps. LOL.) I have no reason to give this place a 4-star other than it's hard to find, and I wish they had a sign out on the corner of the street, rather than the sign in the back corner which is hard to see.

    Manager is not familiar with the limitations of the app for scheduling appointments at this bank. Appointments are only for sales and directs people to other branches. She used the app for an excuse as why her branch takes more than an hour to help customers.
