marilyn garcia1Worst experience at this branch. Never coming here again. Manager is a rude lady who is not helpful at all. She had a disgusting attitude and continued to harass me while the teller (also rude girl) completed my transaction. This bank put an EXTENDED hold on my check causing my account to be negative $900!!! This branch proceeded to freeze my account and customer service could not assist in any way or form. Do not come inside here!

Paul Davis1TERRIBLE SERVICE - went into wire funds and was told to come back in 51/2 hours because they only had one banker and I should have made an appointment. Advised to go to main branch 4 miles away and have to wait 30 minutes because they are under construction and short bankers. First store said it was because they are a small banking center. I guess their strategy is you can get your money when it’s convenient for Bank of America. Their national footprint was the appealing aspect to choosing them but will be looking for another national bank.

Feng Qiu1It’s a very disappointing experience, I walked in this branch today and just wanted to get an online bank account, and the front desk told me I need to come next Monday, EXCUSE ME? Who do you think you are? I am the client, and there are plenty of the banks out there, and you are telling me to wait for that long for just get an online user name? And the lady said she was the manger of this brand and this is the situation that none is available today for get an online account for me, they don’t accept walk in customer. By the way, her attitude is cold and tough, 0 star, but I don’t think she will care about it at all. Well, good, I am not going to your branch any more, and for your bad service.

vash stampede1Bank of America is generally bad but this branch takes the cake. Long time customer can't get simple things done without a hassle, and most of the staff has limited command of the English language. I have nothing against an accent but not being able to communicate is an issue. Today was finally the straw that makes me take my business elsewhere. Not just me either it seems BofA is one of the poorest rated companies in America.

FAR Inc1Worst branch in the world. Everytime I go in lnto this branch I see about 10!" People working there and they have 1 teller, you will wait at least 20 min for 1 transaction. I have complained numerous times about this customer service to the manager and I get a blank stare. I have closed my personal accounts now I will close my business account as well. Avoid it like the plague.
