  Waited for 30 mins to be told there is an $8 check charge to cash a check from Bank of America at BANK OF AMERICA!

  Service is slow, I hate to go in unless I need to deposit cash.

  Would have given a zero if I could. I have been banking with bofa for 15years. Went in today with 2 people being helped by the tellers. One was being shown how to use the app that was not even part of his transaction. Waited an excessive amount of time where a personal banker or other staff member could have easily stepped in. Since closing their drive through's things have gone down hill. Teller who was finally able to help was not friendly. Looking into other banking.

  I called and asked if they could exchange dollars for Euros since I was traveling to days. It takes me 30 mins to drive to their off and when I get there for the exchange, they tell me that they would have to order the euros and that would take a week. What a waste of an hour drive and back!! Poor customer service!

  We've been banking here for over 15 year. They greet me by name when I walk in the door, and they're always eager to accommodate where they can.
