Paul Sullivan1Have been a Bank of America customer for over 15 years. Walk in because I need to make a domestic wire. The lady ask me, do you have an appointment. I said, no I just came to the bank like a normal person to take care of this. She then tells me, yeah we don’t have an opening for another hour would you like me to schedule your appointment? I said, no and then walked out. Customer service and personal touch is pretty much gone.

Lili Johnson1Very rude staff, they think they own your money!! They don’t know what they doing! The women Zara I think she is the manager ! What a terrible manager, she really needs some customer service training! Learn how to treat the people that give business to this bank, is ridiculous she thinks she owns people money and the Indian too. I don’t want any business with this bank any more they are not for the customers. Don’t think your Money is safe with this bank because it’s not !!

Adam Goodson1What a terrible branch. Been with BOA FOR 15 years and never seen a branch this bad. Called all morning to ask a fairly simple question and after 2 hours of trying to get someone on the line, I decided to drive up to the branch to see why nobody would answer. When I walk in, there are 2 customers in the building and staff standing around. I stood in the middle of the branch and called the number again and not one phone rang. I asked why this was and was told “it’s because the phone is in the back”. I then asked if there was anyone in the back that was going to answer the phone as I called it again and the she told me “ oh, actually I think they were having some problems with the phone system this morning”. Can someone tell me how a branch has such terrible reviews and nothing is being done about it?!

J C1this branch requires the useless deposit slips & they are rude when you politely question the practice. Platinum customer and had my card. The older woman teller is the rudest person I've run across at a bank. Find another branch. The 242 branch employees are always pleasant. The old woman in Magnolia needs to retire.

Jeremy Rohrs4Staff was helpful and answered all my questions. Tellers are always friendly. Go in on none peek times if you need to speek to a manager and waits times are substantially shorter.

Mariasol Reece5Although most Bank of America banks have bad reputations, some very deserving, I had a very pleasant experience visiting this branch today. I drove my disabled veteran father there to get a loan for a recreational vehicle and although we were unable to finish up our business on this visit, the banker that helped us was very polite and attentive. It was not their fault that we could not finish today, we did visit quite close to their closing time. I was extremely surprised that the banker who is in charge of the loans called us at home, as requested, on her own time. It was well past closing time when she contacted us to inform us of the things we needed to fish our business and set up an appointment for the next morning. She even gave us the option to do it all from the phone. Also when we got to the bank. The branch manager met us at the door and held it open so we could enter his bank with ease. Of course it would have been easier if they had a handicap button that automatically opened the doors, but because of his politeness we didn't not need it. I was quite please rd to have visited this branch and look forward to conduct further business with them. Also, I was very pleased to see all the employees wearing medical masks to protect themselves and the public.

Karthik Swaminathan1I have been dealing with the College Park Branch. Extremely helpful and professional. We understand compliance and regulations. I was at the branch few minutes back and the services are pathetic. As a shareholder of BOFA, I question myself why should the bank not make more money ! I witnessed the services and I realize. I would like to close my relationship with this bank and than I realize it is not the bank it is the branch. This branch should be shut down. Request to google - please come up with a negative rating on a scale of 1 to 5, I would have rated this branch negative 20

Donald D1Absolutely terrible. Went in to open a simple checking and savings account. Their system is horrible, it was much more efficient to open an account when it was all done by hand. Two trips to the location and still can’t get it done. Can’t really blame the employees, they tried their best but B of A’s “system” and support is TERRIBLE! Do yourself a favor and choose a different bank.

Josh Na1Imagine trying to work with a bank that opens at 10 and closes at 4, because normal functioning human beings need to make deposits and receive customer service early am and late pm. Please file bankruptcy already plz. I would recommend First Financial bank they have more than one teller, BOA is literally the Walmart of banks.

Axel Wagner1DO NOT use the atm if you need immediate funds from a check! They will withhold the balance until the next business day with no notice on the atm! Horrible customer service when I called and asked about it! Told me that it's my problem and they couldn't do anything.
