  If I could give a zero review I would The bank tellers are very disrespectful. My mom has a head injury she doesn't understand things like she used too. I had to go in with her because the teller screamed at her and told her she wasn't making any sense. If you can't deal with ppl with special needs in a professional manner you should not be working there. We will be going to a different bank of America from now on.

  Dear Alberto Garofalo, this branch needs some work. The worst I have dealt with in NJ. Holiday season is the real time show excellent customer service. The teller @ branch manager was extremely rude & disrespectful. This incident will be emailed to Alberto, VPs and Regional managers in NJ.

  One day open, one day close. Today Thursday i went at 2pm and there were no tellers/cashier available!

  The worst bank on the planet earth, always long wait times and never enough tellers, all employees lack customer sevice skills. I repeatedly have a bad experience at this branch, what is corporate doing about this because apparently i'm not alone in this terrible experience.

  HORRIBLE!!!!! I OPENED A BUSINESS ACCOUNT ONLINE, YESTERDAY I CAME IN TO DEPOSIT MONEY. TODAY I GO TO MAKE A WITHDRAWAL AND THEY SAID I AM NOT ABLE TO UNTIL MY DEBIT CARD COMES IN THE MAIL???!!! I SHOULD HAVE BEEN MADE AWARE OF THAT BEFORE THEY TOOK MY MONEY!!!! I MADE A DEPOSIT ON A TRAILER AND NOW I STAND TO LOOSE MY MONEY OR TRAILER. (WHICH WAS THE LAST ONE) I WAS REFERED BY LEGAL ZOOM AND BETH WALKER MY SUPPOSED CONTACT IS UN AVAILABLE!!! AMAZING I SHOULD HAVE STOOD WITH REPUBLIC BANK.

  It was great, awesome customer service. They are very organized and clean. If there's something you don't understand or need help with, they will gladly explain and help you. It's a great place.

  1 star is too many for this place. No door greeter compared to banks of America in PA. Main desk is public for everyone to hear ur financial situation. Never enough tellers inside and wait is always at least 20mins and forget about going on Sat with all these people cashing checks... So annoying. The teller wanted to charge me $15 for faxing bank documents ($5 per statement) yet the branch in Merchantville had no problem and could do it for free and helped me look into new credit cards. Makes u wonder... About the weird carpet on the walls...

  Extremely upset service So the Bank of America around the corner from me closed sadly enough. I have been depositing SS check there for my girlfriend for some time now because I am her payee. Now all the sudden this location is giving me a problem forcing me to open another account that's "special". NO THEU JUST WANT ME TO OPEN ANOTHER ACCOUNT

  Terrible customer service. Lack of knowledge from all representatives. Long wait times. Different information from different representatives. Horrible experience.
