  Fake friendliness, not helpful at all. Stopped in on Saturday so that my wife and I could make changes to our personal and joint accounts. Victor Roa told us we needed an appointment and PRETENDED to be very helpful, giving us his card and asking us to contact him on Monday so that he could help us out. That was all fake. He's ignored our contacts for weeks now so it's clearly he had no intention to be helpful. I'd rather you just be rude to my face than waste my time with your fake attitude. Terrible. EDIT: Increasing my rating here. After I posted my original review above, multiple people from Bank of America have reached out to me. Herwon (sp?) was helpful is scheduling an appointment directly through her. And Terell Fields was GREAT in helping us in person. She took care of all our needs and did it with a smile on her face the entire time. I appreciate the reach out and making things better.

  I have been with this branch for quite awhile. They have waived check overdraft penalties for me. I think the occassional lines + lack of tellers is a B of A policy thing. Have experienced this at other locations. The OC, Palos Verdes.

  I miss the Business Rep. Brenda Medina, such a wonderful and helpful employee of this Branch. The new Business Rep, well if can’t say something nice, don’t say anything at all. They should change this branch to ATM’s only, anything else is a waste!

  5:30 on a Thursday and they have two tellers. Of course, plenty of suits walking around or sitting at their desks but unfortunately, this branch never seems to have the tellers necessary for the volume of customers they receive. I'd ALWAYS recommend going to the branch off Windward Circle. Even though you'd think a beach side location would be madness, they always have more tellers and the visit is much quicker. *Edit - 3 months later during COVID-19 and this note is posted on their Google page. LOL. As if they weren't already ridiculously understaffed before COVID-19....12 people in line, just two tellers again. 🙄

  There's some guy named Daniel there who literally doesn't do anything but stare at the customers making them feel uncomfortable. Why so? All he does is stare and doesn't even help out the poor ladies working twice as hard as him! Preposterous! This has been the the slowest attending bank I have ever been at because of the staff who ARE available, aren't doing anything. MVP towards the women staff because of you, you women are getting the bank done in as quickly as you can.

  Generally happy with this branch. I don't have to wait long for service and the branch is well run. I think the people complaining here about slow service go when it is very busy and crowded. Do you expect them to have 20 tellers on standby? This is like complaining about the traffic. If you are in the traffic then you ARE the traffic!

  The tellers in this branch are okay, but the manager and assistant manager are racist and dumb. I was about to cash a bank of America check at this branch the assistant manager did not accept to do so. When I asked the manager she told me to ask the owner of account to call the branch. Even when I did that and she told my customer the checks were cleared for cashing, she still did not cash my check. I went to another branch and they cleared my check without any problem. I tell you the manager and branch manager are very racist and dumb in this branch. I have never had this problem in any other bank, only in bank of America they do not have standard for employment.

  Had an appointment, came on time, no one checked me in, stood there 7 minutes for someone to come and check me in, then one staff saw me and asked why I needed. I said I had an appointment, he said one associate called sick, had to wait 35 minutes, but eventually left without seeing anyone

  I have been wronged twice by this particular branch! First, a representative misinformed me about their NSF fee policy, then the assistant manager promised to reverse NSF fees that were assessed and never followed thorugh with his word. Thanks bank of America for robbing me of $140.00. -- My advice is go to a different branch, or go to a different bank!

  Worst bank in town. Always a line with only half or less of the tellers open. No one is in a hurry to help you here. Bank of America, you have plenty of money...hire more tellers please.
