  I went to this branch while on the phone with CS of BOA to urgently close my business account due to breach/identity theft. Someone in San Francisco area was trying to cash a business check that I had not issued. You may think it's an urgent matter that requires immediate attention and great customer service at the branch. The Business Accounts Banker told me to set up an appointment and to come back next day as they were busy and she didn't know who can help me with my issue! Amazing! I had to go to another branch and a nice banker worked with me for 2 hours to resolve my matter with 100% attention to details and extra help! I'll never set a foot in this branch on Woodman! Disappointed to the highest degree.

  Never come to this location. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. They claimed the wait time for opening a credit card is 30 minutes however they made us wait FOUR TIMES that amount. they made us wait for that long to later say that they cant open a credit card cause my brothers not 18 yet. the teller checked his id before starting the process. this entire situation couldve been avoided if the teller paid more attention to detail.

  Not helpful and short, other branches in the area have much better customer service. Don't even bother stopping here. They should try putting some other retail here instead.

  Do not come to this place. It took me 30 minutes to get to the teller. They have about 2 tellers working and the rest are doing nothing. I counted the amount of people in line there were about 22 people. No one from the staff tried to speed up the line. It's a disaster. Do not come to this bank. I had a bad experience. Ps. This is ridiculous!!!!!!! USE CHASE BANK.

  Waited 40 minutes before I left because no one would help me replace my stolen debit card. Some dude went on break after he helped someone and some armenian guy just pretended like I wasn't even there but was able to help some other Armenian dude no problem.

  slowest people. longest lines. dont even bother going in. Second time ive been there, second time i walked out. Maybe hire some more tellers. Your ATM are constantly out of service too.

  This bofa is really bad with customer service. They only have two cashier's, don't have a business line nor a handicap line. Tellers most of them take forever with one customer. The disable machine for edd to take out money most of the time is broken and you don't know till you waited along time in line for nothing.

  they never have more than 2 cashier everytime I go is like 10 or 15 in line and the fat lady standing on the back next to her grandmother they sheet look and don't help the only fast right there is The SEXY grill with the fancy hair style
