  Bank of America is bad, we all know this. But why on July 5th are there 5 or 6 people inside like they are working but the branch is closed. I am thrilled I am taking my banking business elsewhere so that I do not have to deal with these situations anymore. I honestly do not understand how this bank is still in business. Have you seen their fees?

  We visited this location last week due to handling my deceased fathers BofA account. Not knowing if I had all the correct documents or what to do, Rene Gonzalez was still able to help us out without a problem while giving us great customer service. I informed him that we didn't have an appointment but he still was able to give us quick guidance at his desk while processing the case through the computer. We appreciate all the hard work Rene did for us.

  This branch/manger have zero respect to customer time, I was only trying to close my account, took me 30 minutes with no one to assist I asked for manger, after showing up I ask him nicely to have someone help me, instead of offering help, he will tell me to calm down and go have a seat there’s no immediate service here, this after waiting for 30 minutes with no people a head of me nor they were serving anybody.

  There's no one to check in with when you need to meet with a banker. So you just sit in the waiting area for 30 minutes hoping eventually a banker will be available and somehow figure out who of the many people waiting is next.

  The lines are so slow that you end up being there for an hour. They need more people in the front or just work faster. Very slow

  Poor customer service. 30 mins before closing and only one teller is working while multiple employees have casual conversation. Biased bank tellers makes it obvious they discriminate. Get a Grindr and actually do your job at work.

  Have been waiting for 20 minutes even though I made an appointment without being attended to. No system to check in for appointments and seems no adherence to appointment schedule monitoring.

  One of the worst branches. Wasting time for nothing. They are too late for appointments, so just book the first availability and come anytime they will let you in the first!!
