Ana Rz1I went in to make a deposit. As you all know while you wait in line an employee always tries to help before you see a teller. 1 star because the lady at Bank of America wanted me to make the deposit with her on her tablet. I said no I had to withdraw as well she kept on insisting. Please don’t make someone do what they don’t want. If I want to see a teller that’s my problem. Be more professional and respectful.

Ashley Jurcau1This place is literally disgusting. My husband went in to notarize a letter of power of attorney, he has two letters saying the same thing because he is from Romania and the other is just for them to understand and English for my husband to understand. The lady at the counter kept talking over my husband was disgusting and rude saying you cant do it, yet when i look on google banks can definitly notarize letters for you. I cant help but feeling this lady has harsh views on people from another country wich is absoluty sickening seeing as she was not an american herself Mrs Roula Assaf...hmmm fishy. I will let everyone know to not use this location as they are rude, nasty and discriminate. GROSS!

Martha Lopez1Worse experience at this location. The person greeting everyone gave me information on how to make an international wire transfer. When I then went over to the person that was going to help me make the transaction, she gave me different information and I wasn’t able to complete the transfer. I walked out if that place since it’s evident they don’t know what they are doing.

A Roberts1I had an appointment at this branch at 9:30am Aug. 4, 2021. I arrived at 9am. Four people were already waiting. We waited the bank to open, we tried calling customer service but to no avail. At 9:40, we were 7 people waiting at this time. I went to this bank yesterday just for a wire transfer and they can't do it at that moment, I had to make an appointment. So I obliged. But at 9:45 today - there was no indication that the bank is opening. What is going on at Bank of America?

Katie Hamilton5Settled with an estate account at a B of A branch in California and no help from the central offices, the staff of the Financial center gave me all the help I needed. Quite old and with failing eyesight, I had Ms. Avedisian's help to recover a lost cashier's check; she even phoned me when the money was returned to the account. This is customer service one rarely finds these days.

Ian Anderson1This and every bank of america I've been to in the past year puts no attention towards any kind of effective management or flow of their branches. My advice, don't even bother, and consider a credit union or ANY other bank.

Meaghan Rohrbacher1Do NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR MONEY!!! Opened an account for purpose of a direct deposit, they accepted the deposit, thousands of dollars, then closed my account over 10 days ago and said a check would be mailed. Went there today, and they said no, they accepted another direct deposit on a closed account and still will not give me my money!!!! Customer service: PLEASE DO NOT TELL ME TO CONTACT YOU THROUGH TWITTER! You have my info!

Benry Kate Dong1I went in there with my mother regarding a deposit she made of 4 checks. Their records showed that she only deposited 2 checks but when we checked their scan of the counter deposit slip it clearly shows 4. I asked them what happened to the other two checks and why does the deposit slip say 4 then? Don't your tellers validate the deposits before handing out receipts? This was the manager Henry's reply "It's not our tellers job to check the amount on the checks or the deposit slip. They just enter the information you write into the system." Unbelievable.

Joseph Green1No one was in front of me in line, I stood there without being acknowledged as the only person in line. There were 3 tellers, doing other work on the other side of the glass, not a single one bothered to acknowledge I was there. They could have just told me it would be a few minutes. After more than 5 minutes of standing there by myself, I left. Time to talk to another bank for all my business banking needs in the future.
