Ramin Moazeni1The people at this branch are incompetent. I had 2 recent horrible experiences here. 1) I had a check from my mom to deposit into my own account, they tell me she does not have sufficient funds and they cant tell me how much is in the account. I call my my mom, and she checks her account and she has ENOUGH funds. I had to go back and confronted them with my mom over the phone. They finally made it work. Just 2 trips to this bank to get a check deposited. 2) I had a check under both my mom's name and myself. She signed the back of the check and I went to the bank, presented my ID, endorsed back of the check so it can be deposited to my mom's account. I was told, no sorry, your mom has to be here. Went to another BofA branch and no problem with the deposit. These people just want to hassle you and they are truly incompetent

Mary Omnes5Go there to pay my credit card bill. Also this is where I bank. I can go there to get my money 💰out. I just love that there is no line when I get there. I go there with my walker and if there is a line the manager always let's me go in because I am handicapped ♿. My Bank of America is in the Pruneyard. Tom Cat1Not just rude. Outright DISGUSTING behavior by the branch manager. Not only did he lie to me numerous times. After he had me wait over 2 hours to open an account, he ended up stopping the whole process and told me to leave. For no reason. I was confused as to why he just completely flipped out on me. When I asked for his name and card. He refused to provide this. Probably to protect himself from me reporting his behavior. I ended up walking out and the branch manager proceeded to INSULT me as I am walking out the door. I have never been treated like this anywhere ever, let alone a business.

Faye Naba5This Bank of America branch is well managed. I give the branch manager 5 star to take the time to train all the employees well. Also two times I had problems with on line bankint. Both times he himself took the time to explain all the details and make sure I understand and know how to manage my account on line. This branch has the best customer's service. Also I never have to wait to get help and that is saving my time. Truly appreciate the care I get at this branch!!

KillaIngs IU1Walk around n the two ladies ask if we have two forms of ID. I ask will a drivers license and credit card work. They said yes! So we waited in the lobby for the 30 mins they told us it would take. Then finally 45 minutes later we were taken to the banker to open an account. She ask if we had our social security card. I said no so she said we could continue but it may ask for it. So when it came to the time it asked for the SSN she said we could pull up a tax return. So as I was pulling up the tax return with my SSN she went to get the manager. He came in and said no we can’t take that. I said but she just told us that we could. Then he said I think this is the end and you should go somewhere else while we are holding 12k in our envelope. Then said that’s why Wells Fargo closed your account! We had closed our account to protect ourself but with this branch managers anger I don’t doubt he would go into your account and take your money 🤔. Branch manager also refused to give my husband his card and said “OH so you can says something nasty about me?” and then chuckled. Hand(Dieu)Dang was the banker that tried to help us and suggested that we keep a photo of our social security card on our phone. Yeah I don’t think so.

Dasha Biswas1Terrible experience. Came to get help regarding my travel rewards card. The receptionist was absolutely awful. Please train your employees better. There are MANY ways you can explain customer that you cannot help them while still being polite, understanding and showing empathy. This bad attitude is just unacceptable. For the manager reading this: she is a young woman of Indian descent and this occurred on Wednesday March 10th around 3pm

Mari Cel1Inefficient operations. The design of the place is terrible. No staff visible on entry because all offices and tellers are at the back, with tellers facing the back of the bank. Everything bottlenecks at the back of the bank in this narrow hallway where customers stand in line for tellers, and it also serves as access to the restroom and safe deposit box. I liked the old way to access the safe deposit box, when I entered my password and there was a fingerprint recognizing machine. I could enter and leave on my time. Now, they require presentation of ID and ATM card, wait for staff to log it into the system, wait for a staff member to get a key to let you in. When we are finished, wait again for a staff member to respond to my ring signal (I waited more than 5 minutes).

John P1Four ATM machines here but too close together; only two feet apart. Only two people can use at same time in order to keep social distancing. Unfortunately customers refuse to keep safe social distance. When I wait for an ATM that’s safe, I get yelled at by customers behind me and they cut in line in front of me. I don’t feel safe using the ATM’s here.

Lydia Odilia1This location is horrible. My husband has experience so much discrimination. When he first open a checking account apparently his passport wasn’t good enough they made him come home and grab his Social Security card and then wanted two more forms of ID. They checked his social security card a few times as if it wasn’t real. Now this is the only bank that’s close to our home, every time he goes the bank manager likes to make new rules like apparently you can’t cash checks more than $1000 or you can’t go in and pull out more then a $1000 from you account. My husband also has to show ID along with his Bank of America card is odd because when I go in I never have to show ID only I just put my card in and pin. They never allow my husband to cash his checks they tell him he has to deposit it and wait till it clears. Then a employee messes up on a cashiers check after my husband told her she miss typed our address instead of fixing it she prints the check out and when we pointed it out to her that she didn’t fix her mistake even after providing ID with the address on it, the branch manger makes my husband pay twice to do another check. I’ve had Bank of America for over 14 years now and I feel bad I had my husband switch to this bank and it’s been nothing but problems, we rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the bank by valley fair then to have to deal with any of the staff here.
