Jennifer Martin1This bank is trash! I have been with them 15 years and the last 2 years it has gone to HELL! Only one ATM works and lines are ALWAYS long. Numbs sleeping right on front of the ATM’S! I’m over this bank!

Julio Serrano1Not enough ATM’S only 2 for like a 100 people! It’s been like this for years inside it’s the same not enough tellers! To top it off there’s only one ATM working today!

Theresa Matarazzo1Terrible customer service from the tellers and the management. Seriously there were about 20 people in line (not exaggerating) - ONE teller was helping people and there were 5 others in the back walking around looking busy - chatting away!!! IDK If there was some sort of reason as to why the other tellers couldn't jump on and start helping. Anyways what typically takes no more than 10 minutes MAX took me an easy 45 -__ -

dashx735Enjoyed speaking to one of the representatives today, and even met and shook hands with the district manager. I had to wait a 15-20 minutes, after checking in at the window, and observed how helpful the employees and active the employees were helping in both the automated teller as well as speaking with clients one on one at the desks. The wait was understandable because they serve a lot of customers, and overall I noticed the employees were very friendly, and honest and easy to talk to. It felt very welcoming and nice to visit. I especially enjoyed how I was treated by one of the wonderful ladies at the small business service desk who was kind enough to help with the removal of one of my service fees. I left feeling happy I had stopped by, I wonder if this is regular interaction or if it was simply a reaction to having the district manager in attendance. Regardless it's one of the best Bank of America's i've been to just based on my one experience, and I hope to visit again soon.

TYRA BROOKINS-HENDERSON1Ran to bank on my lunch break. 12 people in line, 4 at ATM Teller assist and ONE teller at the window. 5 bank employees within my sight. All are not assisting customers ~sad! I waited in line 20 minutes. Did I mention the dirty floors. I don’t know who the manager of this branch is but they have work to do.

Booga Boss1Its not even a bank no more, its basically just an ATM. Says they will be open the following morning but then changes to CLOSED when it comes to it. Yall Never Open!!!

Jeffrey Gonzalez11 Teller for 30 people in line. The new automated tellers can't handle all transactions. It's so frustrating. I'm a small business owner and I've been in line for 1 hour to cash a check. I might just have to switch banks. It's unacceptable to just have one real teller to help all you customers.

Vickey robledo14,000 dollars was taken out of my savings account. Without my permission. Just after depositing 12,000 dollars into my savings account. Bank of America reported my deposit my private information to the IRS. The deposit could have been done another way by the ATM Machine . And then this so called procedure could've never happened. The bank is supposed to do what is the best for the customer. YOUR DEPOSITS CANT BE TRUSTED HERE 4000 DOLLARS IS GONE AND THEY ARE DOING NOTHING TO HELP YOUR MONEY IS PROBABLY SAFER AT HOME The employee keep pushing asking for the money and we were like we never had to fill out a paper before.Is this a new procedure or what it just felt off and it was .Now 4,000 dollars is gone and they say I cant file a claim. I have 5 kids and worked hard for that money If I could give a rating of a zero I would. Always long lines the last time I was there only 1 ATM Machine was working inside. The lady employee was supposed to take our name down so we could be seen she just left the bank.

Ernesto Perez1Really need to open some days and really really need to maintain ATMs better always breaking down or out of money at least open for people to use the ATMs in side as well the one they have when you access the bank is always broken or not working right
