  I always try to avoid the girl manager. Every body else in the building is willing to help except her. Last time she was the only one i can talk to... And like always not help from her... i drove 35min to BOA midland it took them 5 min to help me... Thanks you BOA Midland

  I dread going in here and usually avoid it if I can. I will drive to Lubbock from Andrews most of the time instead of driving to Odessa if I have to go into a bank. Never enough tellers, and lines are always long and seem to move very slow. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because they have what I am in there for (money) and the tellers are friendly, they are just so slow. Hands down the slowest bank I have ever been in out of any bank.

  Went you have to have appointments for everything when you try to schedule an appointment no one answers phones manager is rude you try to talk to her and she cuts you off without letting you finish. Corporate needs to step in and really make some changes.

  They never answer the phones and when they do they just hang up on you. If you call back again they just won't answer. Of you go to the bank you are waiting for and hour because all they got is 2 tellers doing everything. They need a new bank manager to actually hire people and run the bank.

  I see why they only have two stars. Very rude manager. Teller was nice but the rest ,oh no.. you would think after making over $10,000 cash payoff they would at least have ,i don't know at least act nice? I'm glad my company does not bank here .

  If there ia anything below 1 star, that what I will give, imagine driving and hour 30mins to to fix my debit pin only to be told I can do over the phone, I call the phone and was still ask to go into the banking hall. It's not done over the phone. I wish I got her name she name. I went as far as demanding for a supervisor and she decline. Wasted my time and my today.

  The fact that they shut down without any notice to their customers is awful. They have elderly customers who need access to their bank. They do not even post notices on their doors for their customers to be able to contact or get their money out if they do not have a debit card. This is awful and sad customer service.

  You have the most uneducated individuals working on this branch. International wiring that doesn't takes 10 minutes to process, they have to send me away that the banker can't perform the transfer, that I, should book an appointment for next week. You need to train your staff, you can't have dumb bankers working on this branch.

  A lot of complaints about not having drive-thru banking - ATMs are so convenient and save a lot of time. My only complaint, not enough ATMs in Odessa. Add one on the westside and in north Odessa.
