  Went to BOA monday 6-27-22 midday, and it was closed with sign on door. Today 6-29-22 called and it's still closed... Time to move my account.

  Bank was closed on Thursday June 30, 2022!! They had a sign of temporarily closed but no indication of when they will be open again!

  Just the most terribly run BoA branch of any in a 50 mile radius. Multiple poor Customer Satisfaction experiences over the last year. The latest; made two back to back visits to the ATM over two days. ATM was DOWN!! Tried for 30 mins to get someone to answer the phone about when it would be fixed. No "person" ever answered; back & forth with circular automation! I think a NEW Mgr. or Pres. needs to be assigned to this longterm, original Bank of America location.... Needs Action Now!!!

  Why is the lobby closed on Saturdays in SEGUIN and not New Braunfels? I had to make a big withdrawal from my account and couldn’t use the ATM, naturally. Since the lobby was closed in SEGUIN, I had to drive 20 miles out of my way, out of the town I live in, just to withdraw some money. This just justifies people’s opinions of this town. A “REAL” joke.

  I would recommend NO ONE TO OPEN A ACCOUNT WITH BANK OF AMERICA THIS BANK IS TRASH. There fraud center is a joke.

  If I could give it zero stars I would. Hours posted on door are not real. They quit with the drive through and now today(wed) when I am able to go in, they only open the lobby on Monday and Tuesday. So now I have to go to the next town over to pull my money from this stupid bank.

  Bank has no drive thru and the people are great but also have the worst hours and never open during the weekdays long enough and the weekends are closed. New braunfels location is all the way over on 337 and traffic there is bad during rush hour.

  The ATM always seems to be down. There's usually only one teller working so there's always about an hour wait and 10 people ahead of you. At the drive through window teller, no one is ever there. Just the same sign that says "will return shortly". They don't have a drive up atm and the parking lot is super small.

  My husband and I were greeted immediately by the on duty manager, she was so helpful and respectful of our time and needs. She got us connected with Kayla who answered every question we had and then some! Overall I was very impressed with management and the level of service provided across the board.

  No drive thru banking! You have great employees at this location but you are going to force me to change banks if you will not have drive thru. Too many other banks on Seguin that have not opted out of this service.
