Lena D1I came in on April 29, 2022 to close my bank account and been told if there are any open items, I can easily resolve them by phone or e-mail. I have now spend the entire evening trying to connect to BoA via phone to pay one (!) Dollar to get the account to zero but no success. Branch at Union Station is not picking up the phone. General phone number requires ACTIVE account number to be connected to customer service. Unbelievable!!!

Mark D'souza5I had the best experience here, I opened up a account and the service was excellent. Mirely Sanchez was the banker/teller who helped me open up my account and it was the greatest assistance I could get. I hope more people opt for bank of America in the future

Addy Hamel1dealing with the death of a bank of america account owner - have been trying to get into their safe deposit box, which is in a bank of america location that is permanently closed, for 8 months now, everytime I go into bank of america they tell me something different about it. Its impossible to get a straight answer. The manager here today said I would have to 'go to the bank where the safe deposit box is located'... even though this bank is across the country.. and permanently closed a year ago.

Mackenzie Ross5This branch has been extremely helpful to me in multiple situations. Jackson & Amos are the managers that i worked with directly and they were both super friendly and knowledgable. Every time i have to come in, i am usually in a bit of a frenzy having to get something done on a time crunch and they always walk me through process & make sure i have everything i need. I appreciate their amazing customer service, especially during covid times and the holidays. Makes me not dread going into the bank as much

Code Red1Terrible new customer experience. Here are all the issues: - No 24/7 customer service, only for lost/stolen cards. Wells Fargo and Chase have 24/7 support for everything. - Lack of locations in Denver. WF and Chase have double. - Long wait times on the phone. - Cannot transfer balances from account until you receive a debit or credit card which you have to ask for, it is not automatically sent when the account is open. - Online banking is a joke. I will have to go into this office now to have my balance transferred if I don't want to wait for the 4-7 business days for a new debit card. I do not recommend BoA and after the promotion period for my account is complete I plan on closing the account and sticking with much better financial institutions.

Bryan “House Man” Hausman1I have been with BofA for over 10 years now and they’re STILL always finding new ways to disappoint me. They make my life harder every with opportunity they get. This takes the form of hidden/erroneous fees, only having 2 branches in the entire greater denver area, not letting me cash certain checks, etc. They have recently become my least favorite bureaucrats to deal with, and that is saying a lot. As we speak i am in the process of switching over all my autopay’s so that i can finally close my account with them, i am ashamed it has taken me this long.
