  Your Google map pin from aerial view is on wrong bkdg next doir. Report to Google and till fix it. I was looking fir Moore Twining and Bank If America shows up on same bldg? Finally saw the sign on Google Street view to figure out the confusion.

  This location always closes half an hour to an hour early and doesn't open on time either. The manager on duty has the time to explain that they have " emergencies" then wants to argue with me for 5 min, because I said they do this all the time . She would have probably kept going to if I didn't cut her off and tell her she needs to back inside Beveridge of the emergency.

  I have been to this branch twice because BOFA said you can to go any branch to have a fax done regarding your mortgage and your fax was not operational both times I went in and BOFA assures customers they can go to a branch. And I count on you. And, your branch acts like they really don’t care that their fax doesn’t work. It’s terrible.

  It always been a pleasure banking with Bank of America . BofA has always taking care of my finances without any problems. Im very thankful an grateful to have a bank like BofA

  There's normally only about 2 tellers but let me tell service is great and I'm literally always in and out of there even if there's a line, it goes by quick. Hands down favorite location in Fresno.
