I know that you are trying to help people. But don't force them. I prefer pay my credit card bills in cash and without using ATM. And I do know how to use ATM and I do have app on my phone, but I don't have checking or saving account at this bank. And I can't use my Chase bank app to pay my Bank of America credit card bill online. So that's why I go directly to the Bank of America and use cash to pay my bills.

I don't understand how a bank so big can only ALWAYS have 1 person working the counter but 4 managers walking around doing nothing while people wait in line. I can't wait till this branch closes. Not sure how it's still opened.

Unbelievable.... this is why I will never bank work with Bank of America. Couldn't even deposit cash to my daughter's account in another state. THIS BANK SUCKS. Checks only! What kind of financial institution doesn't take cash? TOTAL JOKE.

Been in line for about ten min.only one teller the other teller step out....about 6 people working in the branch ...yet only one teller...unbelieveable!!!!!!
