  Not helpful at all. They did just sit down and do nothing also the managers do not know anything about how the bank works. They are keep telling everyone to call customer services. Please do something with this bank. Rude attitudes with no abilities of work.

  It is impossible to make an appointment. Nobody answers the phone and appointments are not available online for at least a month. BofA service used to be much better. This is unacceptable for a business account owner.

  Keep away. Super pathetic customer service. One lady EMILY she was showing attitude like she is immigration officer but she was super stupid if she think she is any officer. In my account over 2 hundred and 35 thousand dollars. But now I’m very disappointed and gonna transfer my bank to chase. And I will never recommend Bank of America only for that stupid lady.

  This place is a JOKE. They refused to let me draw out my child support money in one transaction at the teller. This means I have to go to the ATM everyday for the next 4 days because the limit is 1000 a day. WHO WITHHOLDS YOUR OWN MONEY LIKE THAT! This is why I bank with another bank. No wonder Bank of America is going under.

  I was discriminated against in this branch I tried to withdraw a larger sum of money and they told me there was a hold on my account and there was no hold I just didn't look the part to withdraw my own money

  Bankers unfortunately don’t know what they are doing. I ultimately had to go to midtown branch and waste 30 min to get job done which was a simple wire transfer.

  Some of the staff are nice when they want to be. Other times their attitude is not welcoming. So much for great customer service....
