  They don’t answer the phone at this location. Very frustrating. I stood and sat waiting for 40 minutes hole one of the two tellers was having idle chat with a client who was clearly finished. Then another customer walks right up as the person who was supposed to help me, the person who saw me standing outside her office for 49 minutes, ignores me and says sure I’ll help you. I spoke up and said hey I’ve been waiting a long time. The bank female said she will help me next. It was 5pm by now. This is the VERY WORST bank location. Do not bother. ..... But the security guard is sweet as pie.

  Trying to solve a problem for a month now, every single tailers is telling a different story and send us endlesly to another department or service. The costumer service here is a joke. And they are rude and clueless. As soon as we will finally solve or problem here, we’ll take our money, will close our account and will go to another bank. And you all should do the same.

  Great location, but long lines. Also, when there is a long line, they only have about 2 tellers running. I suggest you go in the morning.

  The slowest bank I've ever been to and has only one teller with the line all the way outside. The manager walks around and stands behind the teller going nothing to speed up the wait time at all. The security officer is extremely helpful and professional.

  This place doesnt even deserve a 1 star...slowest bank of America I've been to, and I've been to this place several times just cos my boss does all his banking here And each time I experience the same bad service. Line builds up really fast because the one Asian teller who is usually the only one behind counter takes about 20 minutes to serve 1 customer. And is rude 90% of the time. Very slow, and very disappointing a huge waste of time! 👎🏽I even had to clear my throat so loud one time to get other tellers attention, because the service was slow and line was long.

  Given there are so few BOAs open in this area, it would be nice if someone answered the phone.
