  Very good service. For someone with poor English like me, Rogelio ,the Relationship Manager ,communicated patiently and helped me open an account and make deposits. he is a great guy!

  unfortunately this is the worst bank to ever visit unless you like to stand in line for a half an hour just to make a payment. They are always busy and that's okay if you have enough windows open. 2 out of 7 and one of the two had a computer issue. Also oddly enough they have three other windows that have been completely blocked off. The employees are friendly but they are always short-staffed and tend to have some technical difficulties I try not to ever visit this Bank unless it's absolutely necessary.

  Too bad i cant give negative stars on google. Horrible financial institution. Couldnt make a transfer because they arent the same bank. I was told 3 different things in order to complete a transfer, wasted 3 days trying to play the guessing game with them. Unprofessional, all the tellers have to contact the manager and yet they cant give me a straight answer. After i repeated the issue they said they could help, when i got them what they needed they said "oh, i forgot to tell you. You need a money order or personal check" are you serious??? Why couldnt they tell me that from the beginning. I hope this branch closes! Stay away..!!!

  After reading some of their reviews I’d be ashamed to work here. Even if I hated my job I’d never treat someone how I was treated today, my visit was about a 45 min wait in line to say the least. But what really disappointed me was that the Teller handling the business accounts(Aileen or Irene) literally raised her voice at me and said no he is my last customer and was shaking her head and shooing her hands towards me as if I were a fly. I understand we all can get a little stressed when it’s busy at work but there was absolutely no need to treat ANY HUMAN BEING that way. She was very rude and I still can’t believe I was treated me in that manner. She’s definitely not professional.

  I love Bank of America. I am deaf, and being handicapped as I am everyone at Bank of America is always nice to me and willing to help. I've never had a problem.

  My card got skimmed and was cleaned out. I recommend that people check the ATM before putting their card in and ultimately avoiding this branch

  I was going to bank with this place for the first time and instantly chose to walk away the bankers are rude as hell no greeting no manners and are quick to kick you out if you show up 20 mins before closing i know because i came the day before to try and make appointment , the security and bankers are very unprofessional ,and i suggest anyone that is considering banking with this place look elsewhere were banks actually have some manners and respect i kept my cool that day and was kind and respectful maybe they could learn something ...

  I had a horrible a experience at this Bank, and strongly considering closing the accounts and going to other Banks. The teller girl informed me to making a direct deposit instead of doing banking in person as I got to her window, and please if you have to do banking in person makes sure you count your money before leaving she short me $5.00 when I got home and started putting my money away. Don't go there if you are in a rush, they are crook robbing you in your face. All the people that work there are all Latino, no diversity. If you are anything but Latino you are being treated with disrespect only your monies are good, but being treat as a human being is not. I haven't return to this ever since, bad business, disrespectful and rude employees.

  Bank of america suck period and of the banks in the franchise this one is the worst I have been to. Every time I come here there is always something that makes cashing a check or any simple task overly complicated. Bide your time and just go to a different one.

  this branch has horrible service even by the branch manager, i complained to the 800 and forward back to their branch manager, the 800 customer service was very nice and promised the branch manager will call me back, however she never did, i went to alhambra branch in valley, the staffs there are very professional and nice, they solved my problem. Same request but the branch manager in baldwin park even stopped me when i have not completely stated request. this branch is suck, all one star for this branch, the management should be fired.
