  It’s a typical bank. The teller was friendly and professional. Showed up at 910 am on a Thursday and waited about 15 min, when I left there was no line. They said they get busiest at lunch time.

  Having read the reviews, I was more than skeptical about visiting the branch a week ago, but I had no other options. 45 minutes before COB, I was surprised to see 3 tellers working; I was offered a service within 3 minutes. The teller was very friendly and respectful. She efficiently addressed my two requests within 15 minutes (I expected to allocate 30 minutes at least) and maintained a friendly conversation.

  The reviews that I have read are true. I have been trying to be patient with this bank ,they have the worst customer service I have every seen. I usually waiting for service. Today to get a debit card that I asked for months ago I waiting for a least 40 minutes as of now. Aldonia Porche

  They took out the merchant window! Now you get to wait in the 15-20 minute long line just for change. It is a rare occasion that you're in and out under 10 mins. But don't worry the branch manager will come around and let you know he appreciates your patience right after he tells you he knows it sucks. Great customer service bro.

  Is the most awful the staff try to be friendly but their banking system I've never had such things happened in my life they don't have a clue on what they're doing monkeys could run a better operation

  For a centrally located, large branch it is incredibly poorly staffed. The people who work here are helpful but they need to at least double the tellers. Bank of America- do better.

  Long lines, interesting mix of people. In the last 3 times I've been here, twice someone was yelling, who appeared to be homeless and unstable. Not what you're looking for when holding your store's cash drop.

  Massive queue because not enough staff! But once you wait 45min to get someone they are good.

  Helpful staffs. 2 tellers at all time. Make sure you have extra time for the long lines. Rush hour or not, they don't bother having more than 2 tellers.
