Farid Ahmed1This location is very frustrating. It seems they always have only one teller working at a time. You wait for long line and then find out they can’t assist you because they don’t have change or they can’t assist you. I already went few times and I had to leave seeing long line. You also have to make appointment for vey simple task. Why you have a beach that can’t support local customers. I already avoid working with humans as much as possible when you are at this branch. Top of that, time to time ATM DOES NOT WORKING PROPERLY!! I have both personal and business accounts with this bank. I am not sure if beach manger is properly trained on Customer service or allocation of Human Resources! THIS BRANCH REALLY NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!

olga klimenko1Terrible Bank!!! They take interest for any movement of money, without warning about it!!! They cheat on credit cards! Absolutely incompetent staff! Formal approach to business and zero customer focus!!! Never use this bank! They will constantly collect some interest from your money and charge an account for you !!! Rating -0! Worst bank in America!!!

Наталья Колодзинская16356 Irvine Blvd, Irvine, CA 92620 On 05/15/2022 at 19:09 I deposited about $7,000 at ATM #ICAD4436 and the machine froze for some time and gave me only a check stating that the machine could not return my banknotes and could not process my request. And they asked me to call and open the claim. On 06/16/22 I called and opened claim, 2 months later 07/13/2022 I got a response from the bank that unfortunately they have not found any records and denied the claim. I called them and asked them to reopen the claim, but they refused. Went to the bank branch and along with the bank, the representative called the claim department the answer is the same we don't have any records. How it can be possible? ITS A SCAM!!!

SEAN GAO1Very bad customer service!! A complete insult to the Bank of America name. Every employee keeps telling customers they leave at 4:00 and can't do any business, but we got here around 2:45 and their staff kept us waiting until 3:20 and then told us they couldn't do it!! We wanted to add an administrator to the company account, and they said it couldn't be done without an appointment. I don't know why they need to be open for business if they follow that logic just for people with appointment!!!

Liam Evans2I showed up on time for my appointment with a financial advisor. Watched from the lobby as they gave my appointment to another client that had just walked in then told me I had to wait... After waiting, Mr Lin appeared unprepared when discussing IRA accounts, unable to offer any advice.

Henry Liu1Terrible bank. I was been waiting from 9:00 and there are just random people coming without appointment and just goes before me. The guy in front desk just start yelling when I was trying to ask how long I am going to wait. And there is only one woman working about banking issues and all other offices just empty. Stupid bank

Steven Wong2I walked in today shortly before 12:30 pm and I am still sitting here at 1:52 awaiting a banker. When I first checked in I mentioned I wanted to send a wire out before 1pm. They were aware and bankers had prior appointments they were getting to. After those ended one of the bankers left for lunch without even acknowledging me and I am still waiting well over an hour after I had arrived. Make appointments for any banking needed that requires a banker. I understand everyone is short handed but it was completely rude of the banker to leave for lunch without even asking if he could help me with something that at most would have taken 10 minutes.

J K5No idea why so many bad reviews. It think people are just brainwashed to think bank = evil. I love my bank and the new atm they got that I can just use my phone to get cash. Wish the utility company or dmv would run as efficiently as bofa.

For some reasons he believe the bank is his kingdom and everyone must abide by whatever he say in a very rude way !!

Cathy Serio1Horrible horrible horrible! I’ve been trying to solve a problem that has been going on for almost 7 weeks. I spoke with the branch manager and he was useless, didn’t care, blamed me for the problem and told me there was nothing he can do. I’ve taken my complaint to NBC on your side and it might be shown on local TV. I will also be posting on social media and warn people to not do business with Bank of America. As soon as this problem is solved (if it ever does) I’m closing my account and credit cards. I’ve been a customer for over 40 years and I’m a preferred client. Is this how to treat your preferred clients?
