  UPDATE YOUR HOURS! This branch is closed!!!!! Why would your Google listing say open?!?? This is exactly why I will never bank with BoA. **Update: the hours said it was open when I posted this review. They just corrected them.**

  This place is the worst. Everyone slow, the workers there are just sitting back there talking to each other like something important is happening and everyone’s rude.

  When I enter the bank a manager tells me they can't pull out all I need because they have already closed the vault. Instead of giving me what they can, one of the tellers begins to put all her money away and by the time I get to the front there is only one teller and she can only give me a quarter of what I needed. When I ask the manager he know says that he can't give me any more because she has already closed her drawer. I guess the only the vault is closed is not the only excuse. Horrible customer service

  THEY ALMOST CALLED THE POLICE ON ME: I had several big accounts there. The teller (DIANNE CHENG) was so incompetent and rude and finally decided that she can not cash my check. I was frustrated and told her that I will close my accounts if she doesn’t do her job. She claimed to be the manager which she was not and asked me to leave otherwise she will call the police. Her assistant actually approached me in a hostile way and began to make the call. So I warned them about the consequences and closed my all accounts and then left. This is the most disgusting service that I ever got from anywhere.

  I went into the bank and needed my 20's turned in for 100's and it was busy and here came Liza. Wow! She was incredible! She was glowing, smiling ear to ear. Liza was so helpful and friendly. She was so sweet! You could tell she really loves her job! Thank you Liza for impeccable service and just being genuinely nice.

  I am a Platinum Honors account holder that has banked with Bank of America for over 15 years. I usually receive impeccable service at most branches but this branch is the exception. Understaffed and very poorly managed which means I force myself to drive a few miles elsewhere. It is a shame, given that I live a block away and I also own a retail business in the same center. Perhaps BofA will see this review and crack some skulls before I jump ship to Chase.

  Every Bank of America is slow slow slow and the employees are the worst Change banks. Tough at first but worth it. I’m surprised people still go there.

  Bank of America is absolutely ridiculous… Extremely long wait times huge lines they have six teller windows and only one teller ... and the one tell her that they have is rude and treats people like they are idiots

  Not enough tellers. Morgage guy just sits there. No one bothers to actully help you. They want you to call customer service. A machine... for all your questions
