  They have no customer service skills. Lines are so bad. They only have two tellers at all times. When you ask a manager to help you get a answer oh the other person is on break and will be back in 5 min. When the person does come back next one leaves. I get it people need their breaks but that's when managers need to step in. Every single time there are 20 or more people are waiting in line.

  The worst bank I've ever entered. Long lines, long wait times with no bathroom available. The architecture is brutal and the interior design quite dated. No employee acknowledged my presence, rather it seemed they actively avoided talking to me.

  Customer service agents are courteous. However lines are a nightmare as the lines are long and the wait time is time consuming. Standing in line 45 to 60 minutes is not alright with me. Only two windows opened ridiculous! I do not recomendable this branch when you’re in a hurry.

  Terrible customer service. They don’t know how to deal with customers asking for simple deposits vs opening up complicated accounts. I cannot even do a simple deposit because of their terrible way of creating queues. I hate this bank and I will be moving my money because this happens everywhere at each location.

  This Bank is terrible customer service lack of, long lines and 1 or 2 tellers. They seriously need a lesson on good customer service and better management. If I could this bank 0 stars I would .

  This branch is horrible every time i come its a long wait. They have long lines and one teller. Its bad!! They are always rushing their costumer, tellers dont smile or make eye contact... This is bad! Very disappointed.

  Very dissatisfied w/ the service.everytime we deposit they always.failed to deposit all the checks. And we have to contact the bank to check that everything is posted to the acct.

  6 Windows, 2 open, no business line, and tellers were letting people come up ask questions and the do their transaction skipping the line.
