  Horrible place to bank at. LONG LINES AND LONG WAIT TIMES. The people that work there just stand around. Merchants get to bypass the line and go right up to the teller, while everybody else has been standing in line for a long time. That's not right! The customer service is HORRIBLE ! Its been like this for years. To whomever is in charge of this branch, they are doing a lousy job. Thank GOD the bank is closed during this crisis. I would give no stars if it were possible.

  I used to go here since it was close to me, but not anymore. The lines at the teller would be super long and the staff would do nothing about it to help out. They'd just stand around and ask the customers if they wanted other services. Just get more staff at the counters!

  The ATM outside of this bank closes before 8pm. If you live around here and need to use the ATM, the closest is all the way in Redondo Beach. Completely useless.

  This place has got a bad rap and it’s incredible to see how they actually stay in business. The people here suck. Wow. The only redeeming quality about this place is that you will have plenty of parking.

  B of A is by far THE WORST BANK I'VE EVER USED & THEY RIPPED OFF A LIL OVER $3K FROM ME IN THE EARLY TO MID 90'S & I will never use the again... In any capacity!!!

  Now on long line, only two teller are working. They should add teller for helping customers.

  Fifteen persons in the line two cashiers working and Steven workers 30 minutes waiting for service

  There are branch offices other than Sunday. ATM supports English, Spanish, Russian, French, Portuguese, Korean and Chinese.
