  No, having a call to your local branch to confirm something about the local branch redirected to the national customer service center without notifying the caller is terrible. Also having people turned away because your "system is down" without any kind of ETA on when you will be open again is terrible. All in all BofA is terrible and I will be glad when I remove all my money from them.

  Financial representatives were courteous and helpful but didn't like the wait time past the appointment time.

  I wish I could give zero. In order to claim my expired refund cheque: -Visited the branch 3 times -Spent 1.5 hours in branch -Spent 1+ hour on CS phone without speaking to representative. -Got visiting card from banker whose mail and phone number does not work. -Nobody responded to the phone at branch until today. Above all I am still waiting to see my money back. Don't know what to say!!

  My wife and I came in to set up a joint account. Ajanta was super nice, explaining the pros and cons of individuals verses joint plus introduced us to long-term investment options with BoA and other online banking. Highly recommend Ajanta, friendly and patient, I would give her 10 stars if I could :D

  Worst merchant service and worst merchant service representative. They took full money for the devices (clover) where others are giving for free (clover itself giving for free and giving lot of rebates, even after we reached out to them they are less worried as we already paid full for the devices) and the representative (Lawrence) is not at all helpful and once we paid for the devices he is not in contact and there is no backup for him. He did-not put the rebate properly for which bofa charged me and we have lost around $2000 because of going with bofa during the covid 19 pandemic times. They just want the money from people and not worried about their problems.

  I have had a great experience with this branch almost every time I visit them. Sim who is my banker is extremely helpful and always takes the extra mile to make sure my visit is fruitful. Highly recommend Sim if you are booking an appointment to visit the branch.

  What a bad experience...The receptionist screams out the amount money you want to withdraw....Really? At a bank....No matter how safe the location...Please consider the person withDraing will not have bulletproof glass protection one they step out the center???

  Incompetent service. I've scheduled an appointment online and in person twice with them and both times the customer rep forgot and wasn't onsite for the meeting time. The time I did meet with them they completed the transaction improperly and I had to wait 3 days for my money to be reflected in my account again.

  I was waiting in line or over 30 minutes and when it was my turn the teller closed the window and had to wait more for another teller to come. Also if you call the branch they always said find the info in the web all the customer service are busy, good by. what kind of customer service is that.
