  The lady who works in the safe deposit box has a very poor service. attitude is extremely bad. She is really unfriendly to Asians. The Bank of America should train her well. This's too much.

  Terrible service. Went to the branch to update a tax form. Their banker refused to help me and asked me to mail the form by myself. Bankers at this branch got paid for chating with each other and not helping clients. Very funny.

  Today (3/7) , I want to deposit my check from chase bank to my cousin’s account . He has account with Bank of America . I don’t know how to deposit my check to his account , I don’t familiar with their system , and I went to cash window for help me . He saw 6-8 people behind me , then he rejected to help me ( the old guy at cash windows at 10:30 am) Now , I understand why many people rate this location very low , because they have worse service than Citi bank .

  As a long standing Bank of America customer that has financed two houses and an at least a vehicle through this company, I was hoping I could at least be allowed to use the restroom, but apparently I wasn't allowed to at this branch, I can only say I'm disappointed.

  I will give zero star because of the manager. Very bad experience at this branch. Won’t go to this branch because of that manager.

  Bad experience just calling them. This lady would not listen and when I started to talk, she yelled at me. She yelled, "What do you want to do!!!", and "Do you want to....!!! You tell me!"

  Business line moves way slower than the regular line. Service Agent Monroe would look at you and call clients from the other line. If you have a choice go to another Bank!

  Went there to retrieve bank statements from a closed account. I spoke to Jackson and he was extremely nice and helpful.

  they are changed my id information and they are not going to ask to me about that, just like you do what you need no need to ask to customer?
