  I asked for checks from my account and they said they couldn’t do that!? Went to chase with my husband and they printed them from his account in two seconds. No one had a clue what was going on. I went to a different Bank of America in Ohio recently for something else and they were equally incompetent, five different employees chimed in regarding an incredibly simple task, each equally confused. BoA is great in Georgia but I live here now and will close my accounts

  I recently got married last September. Because of this, Bank of America's 3rd party credit checking company LexisNexis had my maiden name. Despite me updating my name with LexisNexis with both my maiden and married Drivers licenses, Social Security cards, my marriage affidavit, and my bank statement from Huntington, they were unwilling to make an exception because their system was wrong. Top it all off, they wouldn't take any of my documentation listed above to update their wrong information, and denied me solely cause an unreliable 3rd party system had my maiden name. Never, EVER use BofA.

  If I could give zero stars I would. I spent 30 minutes trying get an appointment and then my husband drove over an hour to the nearest Branch only to be told we did not have the necessary numbers on the paperwork. I specifically asked what we would need because we were over an hour drive away and was not told about a specific number when I called. Then I spent 1 and 1/2 hours on hold to get a number so that my husband can take off work again to drive to Columbus again. This is just the latest in a long line of inconsiderate, incompetent and pathetic excuses for customer service that bank of america employs. To say they care nothing for their customers is an understatement.

  It’s been over a Year since BOA closed down my account. I received A SBA loan, and they closed down my account saying that they don’t accept 3rd party loans. they are still holding funds over $60,000. at this point I don’t know what to do. I had to give a star to post this.

  Being from a different area I guess I’m used to how things work in Tulsa with BOA. This branch is a sorry branch. I’m sorry Mrs Branch Manager that in 20 years of banking you’ve never seen Comdata ComChek but rest assured it’s NOT a fake check. Maybe you need to consult another BOA branch if you’re not sure what you’re looking at. Customer Service sure seemed to understand what a ComChek was. 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️
