  I went in to open an account as a foreign national and the personalized service was so good!. Lissa Gil, my Relationship Banker was very courteous and pleasant; she made the account opening process a favourable and seamless one.

  I arrived 30 minutes before they closed so that I could talk to someone about my account. They said I could call customer service. Likely because they didn’t want to help me near closing time. I have been waiting on hold for customer service for an hour now. If I am already there in the building, why not just help me?

  On a friday there was only one window open, waiting for 30 minutes in the line to get in front then the teller leaves, they need more employees.

  I had the worst experience here. I was lied to , racially profiled and treated unfairly . Am a 7 year business customer of Bank of America. I was told I couldn’t cash a money order unless I had that amount in my account to cover it.I knew in my heart I was being lied to . I’ve had issues at this bank before where I’ve felt profiled. The manager hassan explained thise was their policy. I logged in to my boa app called and was told that I should’ve been able to cash it there. They apologized for the horrible treatment I received in there branch by the teller Jorge and manager hassan. They don’t have no such policy.

  Very unimpressed with this branch. Massive line at 2pm on a Tuesday. Only 2 tellers on duty. There are a lot of banks in this city. My advice? Pick a different one.

  No accountability for the bank tellers. Very disappointing. Went in for a cashier's check and $10 in quarters. Left with the check but not the quarters I'm guessing because we were talking about what's going on right now... so I will take half responsibility. If it wasn't for the fact that these quarters were for laundry I wouldn't have bothered to go back! Oh well, I'll pay more attention next time but I won't be back for a while. That manager could've replaced those quarters...

  The girls here are nice. Customer service is good overall. The only thing is that the wait can most of the time be long. It is frustrating. I only come in here for business but wouldnt come for personal. I do most of my personal banking online and I know this is what most banks are steering towards. But, the girls have always been great.

  The staff are kind and helpful. They are so patient towards guests - some are throwing up tantrums during my visit there. Making an appointment on APP is definitely recommended
