Lidia Vilela1Horrible SERVICE!! My sister had a claim with Geico and they sent her a certified check. My sister lives in the Bronx she came to do business in town and she needed a certified check. When we came to the branch the manager had the AUDACITY to say that they money needed to stay in her account for (five DAYS) to make sure it was not a fraudulent check ( she also did not allow me to be next to my sister while she told her all these lies) (my sister does not speak English) After we left the branch feeling uneasy and confused. we called the 1800 number (raised our daily limit to 10k per day and simply used our card to conduct business) the representative said that the branch manager was lying We also placed a complaint on the branch. I bet you 100% she thought my sister was not trustworthy because doesn't look like the typical Tenafly person . she is Dominican and dark skinned. the funds were cleared and available and she had more than enough to get a certified check. moral of the story is: Learn to just do your job and not create non existing rules that makes your loyal customer feel discriminated Karen with the 80's hair cut!

Toby Lu1Extremely uninformed and uneducated The manager here told me I can get my 300 deposit back in 24 hours. It’s been about a month, where is my money? I followed his instructions, waited for 2 weeks. Nothing. I came in, waited 2 weeks. Nothing. Called back and they still couldn’t tell me what’s going on. Long story short, Don’t trust them and don’t expect anything from them.

K B1Stopped by location after work. They close in 1½ hours. Needed a temporary debit card because mine was lost/stolen over the weekend. They wouldn't allow me to get the card because I didn't schedule an appointment. Meanwhile there was 3 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing at the time. Average time to issue a temporary card is 3 to 5 minutes. I understand the issues going on with covid-19, but give me a break. Very poor customer service. Debating changing banks all together now. Had enough of that!

Linda Lorence Critelli5Love this small branch. Everyone is so helpful! They go out of their way to offer good and quality advice and service! Especially Jenny! She's been there a long time and is a great advisor! If she is not available I always get great service from the others. It's in a small strip mall and has a "local" feel to it which is hard to find these days.

David Chang1If you do not enjoy waiting, DO NOT GO to this tiny branch. If five to ten more minutes can get you to another branch, please do so. They have just one teller and one banker working, and they are extremely slow. Just one experience. I got in at 15:03. They told me to take a seat and wait, even though there was nobody in front of me. A few minutes later another gentleman came in. Then the teller and the banker started arguing over who to attend to first(yes, in front of me), saying aloud that I came first, and the other guy had a 15:30 appointment but had shown up early. The banker got his way finally and attended to the other guy first(no explanation provided to me, although I felt it was unfair. But didn't want to create a fuss and decided to wait). They were talking so loud that I had no choice but to get to know everything this other guy was doing(amount of money and all... really disturbing), the guy had twin kids and the photo they were looking at was great. After long talks and laughs, wrong spellings printed on the guy's check and running back and forth, it was 15:44, the banker was still not finished and I had to leave for my other appointment. Again, if you value your time, go to another branch. This is the DMV of the bank world when it comes to work speed.
