  Always have great service here. The bank teller saved me from using a fraudulent check. I’ve always had great service at this bank! Been going here over 10 years….

  Went here to get some simple things done like order some checks. The experience went like this. Arrived an hour before it closed, found parking easily, went into the bank, Bank Manager greeted me and asked if I need help, explained what I needed, asked me to wait and that someone will take care of me soon. Other reps were helping other clients so I waited patiently, eventually my turn came up, the rep greeted me and I explained what I needed. The rep was pleasant and the manager checked in out making sure everything was fine. They helped me with my problem, bid me a good day and I left. All in all it was a good experience from walking in to walking out. The manager was very attentive, place looked clean and the reps were nice. I would recommend this bank.

  Went in for investing and retirement services around 10am. No line at that time. The advisors there were very nice and helpful! I've never gone in before for withdrawing money or getting help from the tellers—so can't comment much about that aspect.

  I went today to withdraw some cash the manager asked me to swipe my ID. I asked why i had to do that since no one ever asked me. His response"because I told you to" and this from the manager? ?? He treated me like I had come to beg for money from his own wallet. I explained my reason for asking, he was angry and did not apologize for being a jerk. He was full of himself when hetold me he was the manager. All this happened while he was training an employee. Way to go B off A!!!!

  I cash my check here every damn friday. Thanks for giving me less than a weeks notice that your shutting down early on fridays now when everyone is trying to cash their checks, because clearly you're not making enough money off of us to employ a couple people for an extra hour on fridays. I'm done with banks I'm keeping my money in cash

  Closes at 1pm on a Saturday! I’ll avoid this place just because of the bad hours!

  I would like to know when the bank is going to open, it is one of the banks with the best customer service
