Luis Velasco1Been closed for a year due to covid. they are ok cramming all the customers that would normally be distributed between 6 branches into one. You're still making money off of us.

Wilda Payton1Terrible customer service at Monrovia branch. 6 people in line waiting for 7th at the only one open window. 2 representatives at a desk. One has a customer and other doesn't. I mention to the lady at desk with no customer the line is long and only one window. You think she gets up to go help? Nope, tells me other window person is at lunch will be back soon. Terrible Optics!
