  Very helpful answering my questions and my partner was there and she was able to focus on both of our questions I forget her name but I’m pretty sure she was the manager so we knew we are in good hands when it comes to information on certain types of accounts . Definitely pays attention to ages and what’s better for you to have account wise and explaining fees and savings plans.

  There are nowhere near enough employees to handle the volume of customers. I felt so bad for the people working; they were doing the best they could in a stressful situation. Waited 35 minutes in line just to get change. The line was down the block when I got there and even longer when I left.

  This is one of the worst bank location I have ever seen in my whole life. We book an appointment to go add one of my brother's name to our account. Our appointment was at 12PM, we get there at 11:24, one of the manager by the name of Alice was serving a customer, so we were told by another lady to wait a minute that Alice will get back to us. We literally waited until 12:25 PM and when Alice was done taking care of the other customer, she refused to take care of us even though we had an appointment scheduled, also knowing she was the one that scheduled us, said that she was going to lunch. Alice who is one the manager literally left us there and did not care if we were taken care of or not. My brother and my mother were both late for work that day, we had scheduled an appointment so we can avoid all of that, but apparently she did not care at all. We will be closing our account because of that, these people are literally using our money and can't give us the minimum of respect. That was my experience, I do no recommend Bank of America at all, worst bank in the whole world.

  Without a doubt the worst branch I’ve ever been to! The most incompetent staff ever! I’ve been a Bank of America customer for 20 years! Not anymore after visiting this branch!

  I LOVE THIS LOCATION OF THE BANK RIGHT IN THE HEART OF DORCHESTER SERVING THEIR COMMUNITY NOT TO MENTION DUNKIN DONUTS AND STIOP & SHOP CVS THEY HALL EVERYTHING YOU NEED IN ONE MALL GOTTA LOVE BANK OF AMERICA

  Be prepared to wait 15-45 minutes in line (literally) and encounter ONE cashier... I only recommend coming here if you're not in a rush
