  The day I went in the teller was rude and the manager told me to go home and call the bank instead. I had just called and they had told me I need to be in the bank in person to verify my identity and I had told him that. Unwilling to help, and I waited for hours. I finally left after the manager escorted a woman who had been there 30-40 minutes after me to be helped

  Two stars because they are open on Saturday. I had a teller who mumbled a response when I asked where an ATM was and never made eye contact during the short transaction. And a bank "officer" who interrupted the transaction during the deposit. UGH. There must be a check box on the application for lack of customer skills. Back to my branch in Burbank.

  Best BOA in the area. All of the others only have 1 teller. Janice is super fast and helpful. Only took 10 minutes in and out to open an additional checking with her.

  These boys can really take care of us! So friendly and relatable, not stuffy. When covid ends I hope the manager lets them wear their covid outfits! So great!

  This bank has no identifiable parking. To add to your experience they have homeless people on the sidewalk eyeballing your cash. The building looks shoddy and run down.

  I like coming here because I never had to wait in a long line. The staff is friendly. They greet you when you walk in the door. They are very quick to help with every bank needs. Never had a problem with them.
