  It hasn't been Bank of America for more than 10 years! Correction: I can't reproduce this as I'm no longer there, but I think that Maps on my phone was taking me to a former Bank of America office and not the current one (which is, indeed, at the indicated address)

  Had an appointment and when I arrived they just had a note on the door saying the bank was closed. Never notified me.

  Worst bank representative. I went to the bank to open an account for my wife and also check if I can open a credit card from the employee to get the 200 credit for opening an credit card. He said yes I checked with him multiple time that I can open the account via my app to get the 200 usd credit but be informed he can do it .. finally did not get the 200 credit as the bonus offer was not added by the employee.. reached out multiple times with no answers or reply.. the employee name was Kevin

  Horrible service, limited hours, and not friendly at all. I keep trying to use my local branch but it is disappointing every time

  I got the best service from this bank!! Sim is a great helped me with something even with the system down after i tried 3 diffenrent BOA.
