  TRAGIC The is the most unhelpful bank I have ever been to in my life. I wanted to meet with someone in person regarding my account. The third person in line, a teller desk, at least three representatives sitting alone in their offices. No one is available to assist, I have to come back for an appointment. The two people standing in line in front of me, same. One was there for notary. The person in front of that person was also there only to be turned away. It doesn’t make sense to physically be there at the bank and be told there is no one that can assist you and you can come back tomorrow, I’ll make an appointment on your behalf. When did this become acceptable? It’s not. I attempted to make an appointment and the options available did not match my situation, which is why I showed up in person.

  It’s been my second visit to this branch. Previously the teller was so nice and helpful with the cashier check. Recently, I went there to create a financial document and the RM is so friendly and capable of what he is doing. Great customer service both face to face and over the phone!!!

  Wow, how is it that this branch only has 1 teller at 1pm on a weekday??? I will avoid this branch next time.

  I just came from there and it's the best location ever. Customer service is the best they are so polite, professional and helpful the minute you get in. I wish I could give 10 stars. Keep it up !

  Spoke to a teller over the phone and was told one thing drove down 30 minutes and left work early but was told another thing at the branch. Wow. Horrible service. If you dont know the answer to something go find it not make up things as you go along.

  Honestly, the best BoA experience ever! Nick was great! He went above and beyond! The receptionist as well was super sweet!!!

  you cant talk to know one by phone / and they need to HIRE more taler or some one to answer the phone every one is russhing you /never get your job be down , bad customer service
