  Terrible squad. I deposited money into an ATM. The machine didn't accept all of my 20 dollars. A few should come back, but it stuck. They didn't make a correction!

  If I could give 0 stars I would. The customer service is HORRIBLE. I've been doing business with bank of America for over 15 years and never had received such a poor service like the one I received at this LOCATION. It is horrible. All their ATMs went down at the same time and my credit card stayed inside and it wouldn't come out, the screen was gone and no way to get the card out and of course I had to go inside and ask for help because I cant have a conversation with the ATM, I went inside told the teller \girl and she didnt say anything to me, no acknowledgement at all, she proceeded to call the next customer on line I was shocked I went back outside to see if I could get the card out and then went inside again to ask for help and told her again and then she was gaslighting me. She said she had told me she would get me assistant. The world is upside down instead of good service that I deserve because I am the customer and she is there to assist me instead she she is ignoring me and gaslighting me when I have to go back inside and ask her again because I was waiting and no one was telling me what was going on and nobody was telling me that someone was going to be there there to help me. What A HORRIBLE SERVICE...HORRIBLE. Have never seen anything like that at any bank of america branch

  Worst bank ever, lines are always long. One teller.. they address customer service issues at the teller instead of sending customer to customer service. Cars park right in front of bank no security. Close this location!

  This Bank is a joke!! Call up and tell them I have a Bank of America check for $28,000 and do not have an account with them and ask what do I need to bring to cash it?? They tell me a driver's license and a second form of ID a credit card etc. I drive all the way down there then they tell me they can't cash a check that amount.. Why can't A Bank cash a check when that's what the check is drawn on and they have the money in the bank it's ridiculous!!! Take ur check, count out 283 Hundred dollar bills and give me my money it's simple. Not 4 these retards!!! Hands down Will never do business with them.

  CLOSE THIS BRANCH, how do you have a line going out the door with only one teller. Assisting with customer service issues..really? Worst branch ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

  The bank ATM door is not working....You are not able to swipe your card to enter the bank. You will have many people standing outside wondering if anyone's card would actually work to enter the ATM machine area. Unfortunately, after trying many different customers cards we realized that the door is not going to open. This happen every weekend.

  1283 Sunrise Highway, Copiague NY Branch is the WORST! No matter what time of day or day of the week they never have more than 1 teller on duty. Never less than 5 people, but usually closer to 8-12 people waiting on line to be helped. In the meantime, there's usually 2-3 people sitting at desks on the other side of the room and more often than not they are doing NOTHING. Any other bank would have the people who are doing nothing going and manning the teller area to help people trying to do regular banking. not at this branch. Even the branch manager is useless, typically just standing and asking what the people on line need help with, and then trying to convince them do their banking via the ATMs or through their phones. Apparently the staff at this branch want to deal one-on-one with their clients as little as possible.

  There is always a 15-30 min wait time! 5-10 customers waiting in line. Never more than one teller helping customers while there are 4-5 other women walking around or sitting at their desks. My first time there the teller was rude. Not my fav place to be. 😑
