  Their new hours/days of operation are not conducive to the working class. They are only open Tuesday-Friday, from 10am-4pm. When are working people supposed to get help?? No weekend hours?? I get that there are ATMs and the app, but it's a bit ridiculous.

  The ATM took my payroll check without posting the funds to my account. I spent 45 minutes online to make a claim and it could take up to 45 days for them to complete the inquiry! Hopefully, I can call them and they can set my check aside for me to pick-up.

  On-line listing indicates open on Saturday but got there and there was a sign in the door Closed Saturdays, "due to COVID-19". Two others showed up to do business in the bank in the minute or so I was there on Saturday. Huge line at ATM, but I could not use ATM for the needed transactions. Makes no sense to blame COVID as other banks are open Saturday and COVID restrictions are minimal. Just another example of poor customer service by B of A.

  Came in, simple deposit, there’s only a single teller. I observe other tellers but they’re not remotely interested in addressing the line awaiting assistance. Very poorly run site. Update: 5/31/2022 Still a BS branch. Long line and only two tellers. BofA blows.

  This place will upset you every time. Update they changed their hours from 10:00 Monday through Friday to 4:00 p.m. I got here at 9:00 this morning there is five employees inside this is ridiculous. This is not a legitimate business.

  This is the worst banking experience I've ever had, seriously!! crazy long wait times, tellers are friendly but seem tired and stretched. Don't call, cause they wont answer and only direct you to a self service website. We had been using the services of the Merrill Lynch representative in the branch and he just disappeared. No notice, No communication, just left us hanging....This bank is truly terrible!!

  WORST BANK IN TOWN!!! Long slow line. Tellers are few and SLOW. Not especially bright. They are not discreet about our account. They talk loudly about how much funds are in different accounts. I see why the existing reviews are all bad. One would think that they would fix these issues but I don’t think that they care as this has been a thing for as long a memory serves.

  Worse wait times ever!! Not just some days. Every day!! There is usually only 2 tellers while others sit there and watch you like you're not their problem. Usually 15-20 ppl in line, I know supervisor has been contacted in the past but it seemed to get worse. Do your banking elsewhere.

  Kaitlyn is the best. Excellent customer service coupled with a big smile makes it a delight to come to that branch. She is smart and very knowledgeable of all the different services the bank has to offer. The Zohran lady on the other hand is a nightmare. Rude, demeaning and just plan POOR customer service skills.

  I think their business plan is to keep customers miserable until they use the ATM & online services. I feel sorry for the tellers - such a long line of grumbling customers - and managers walking around looking superior -doing nothing. I didn't want to click on even one star - but that's the only way to post.
