  Worst Bank of America ever. 1 teller on a busy Monday. Staff walking around looking lost. Over the top friendly manager who walks around with his iPad. Ridiculous!! So happy I left & joined chase. Last time you will see me in this bank.

  Omg where I begin?! Horrible horrible customer service! Teller workers act like I came to their house and trying to get money. Simply rude and unprofessional! Manager is a joke! Walking around with that smirk on his face and ipad doing nothing! Where is managment of this place??? Hello!!!!

  The bank teller, John, was extremely helpful and kind. A great asset to this business which made my experience a pleasant one.

  Impossible to get anyone on the phone. REALLY impossible to get ANYTHING done unless you go to the mobile sites and experience God knows WHAT torture with passwords and such. Can ANY of your banks even spell or DEFINE CUSTOMER SERVICE???? REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Where you can speak to a HUMAN???? Or aren't we making them anymore???? Part with some of those BILLIONS and HIRE PEOPLE!!!!!!!

  Always a long wait for any services. I plan on opening an account somewhere else. Again always a long wait , nothing changes with theses guys. Gotta get my stuff together and move to another bank.
