  None of the ATMs were functional except one. Long long lines to do banking business. They recently removed a local ATM in a grocery store, so you have to go to the banks themselves for any other activities. This is my bank, and otherwise they do ok banking..but the rest is beginning to be unacceptable.

  Very good bank. The manager and banker were very professional and enthusiastic, and quickly helped me deal with the business.

  The staff at this branch are awful. They will drag their feet for hours with the smallest task to get out of helping people. It needs a change of management badly!

  Very bad customer service. They have people coming in selling fruit while customers r in line waiting forever! People that care about people should be working there. These people come in thinking they own the world. Very bad attitudes. U have to wait too long. Never want to go back there!!

  This place its sucks! No personal , badddd costumer service ! Only 1 clerk for about 15 people in 45 min ! Dont visit this bank of america at all

  Avoid this place. The waiting line is very long. I was there they sent me to cashiers while waiting for some banker to help closing my IRA. Then after a long while waiting, they said I need to make appointment because someone has shown up for their appointment. Avoid.

  They have a lot of employees standing around but only 2 tellers working the line that is reaching the entrance door. Customer service don't seem to be very important at this branch. The way we were treated at this branch makes you feel like your in a government assistance (welfare) line not a bank that is making money off of holding your money.

  ATM Machines are always out of service AT NIGHT even through ATM Machines are suppose to be Open 24 hours each day so I wasted my time skateboarding there and I found out that the ATM Machine at Signal Hill in a shopping center where Home Depot is works but it’s even farther. Thank goodness someone was nice enough to take me.

  This is by far the worst Bank of America! They have more people walking around in the front and back than counter helpers! Some of the tellers are rude. I will drive the extra mile. Your jobs are to provide pleasant customer service.

  Very disappointed with the Customer Service. At the peak of lunch time they only have 3 tellers and the line is extremely long (one man said he had waited almost an hour), the Manager was incredibly rude when we inquired about the lack of tellers and long line... she very rudely said they only have 3 tellers working. I've been to Wells Fargo where the Managers and Supervisors jump in when there are ling lines. Sad...
