  Had to hire a lawyer, and lawyer could not resolve matter with this bank on my parents estate. Now its over 3 years, matter is still on going!

  Very Friendly Bank I actually use this Bank to cask my Direct Social Security I don't have an account with this Bank itself just on a Direct Express Card and the Bank Tellers are so Friendly and Fast. Really like this Bank and they Never give me a Hard time because I don't have an account with them!!!

  Bank of America has the worst fee schedule of any modern bank. Requires minimum $300 balance in savings account and $25.00 balance in checkings account. ATM fees are exorbitant for out of network banks.

  Bank of America is closing too many of their branches. It makes banking difficult when you move and all locations show permanently closed.

  What lousy service , In order to speak with someone you must have an account. If you do not have an account you will speak with nobody. Lousy Bank of Soviet Union Communist.

  worst service, takes forever to talk too associate, and when you do talk to one they rush you and put you on hold for another hour. highly don’t recommend boa

  Poor, unhelpful. They obviously don't drug test. Employees there have poor attitudes and depression problems because of there drug use.
